Legal Advisor

Requirements:

• law degree;
• 1 + years of professional experience;
• Upper-Intermediate English is a must including legal drafting;
• good writing and editing skills in English, Russian and Ukrainian;
• knowledge in Ukraine commercial and administrative law, and solid basic knowledge in the field of commercial and corporate international law
• analytical skills and attention to details;
• ability to meet deadlines;
• hard-working and well-organized .

Key responsibilities:

• review, analysis, and preparation of contracts with partners, contractors, and counterparties;
• bringing existing documents into compliance with applicable legislation;
• day-to-day legal support of company’s business activity;
• conducting legal research and consultation on various legal matters.
• Assist with preparation and checking the documents from legal point of view related to the companies
