Legal adviser

• The international investment company which successfully operates in the financial markets and have offices in several countries is currently looking for Legal Adviser.

Responsibilities to include;

• Coordinate activity with external legal company regarding companies outside of Ukraine
• Deliver legal advice related to documents
• Assist with preparation and checking the documents from legal point of view related to the companies

What we are looking for;

• Legal degree Master level

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

• Experienced with international companies and legal adviser at least 3 years
• Excellent attention to details
• Ability to correctly record data information
• Communication and negotiation skills
• A thorough understanding of the MOJ process, preferably in a similar role
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Computer literate
