FREELANCER wanted: English speaking Outreach and Back Office Assistant 10-15 hours a week!
This is a FREELANCER position!
We are looking for a smart Virtual Assistant who supports us especially in Outreach and Back Office Tasks.
10-15 Hours per week 40-60 Hours per month with an option to increase hours later on.
Working hours are not fixed, you can choose when to work, but you have to be at least available to respond to text messages from Monday - Friday from 8.00-18.00 German time.
You work from home and we will stay in touch via messenger services like Slack, Whatsapp, Teams etc.
What will you need:
- Laptop with good internet connection
- very good English knowledge
- Problem Solving Mindset
- ability to work independently
- MS Office Skills
- Social Media (LinkedIn) experience (optional)
- Google Spreadsheet Experience (optional)
- German in writing (optional)
- We work a lot with Google Docs to create spreadsheets, documents, lists and so on. So you should know how to use it.

What will you do:
- Research
- Team communication and management
- Calendar maintenance and coordination
- LinkedIn activity (including outreach using templates)
- Keeping data sheets up to date
