Lead Generation Specialist

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will research relevant prospects and their contact details, searching for target companies, and doing research on them. You will work closely with marketing and sales for the USA, UK, SA helping them engage with more relevant prospects.

This role will be perfect for someone interested in joining a fast-growing product company.

Responsibilities
— Work with Sales Manager to create and expand sales funnel; increase clients database
— Create a stable flow of valid leads
— Researching business opportunities in various business areas;
-— Run mass lead generation campaigns using automation tools and manually
— Search for leads and initial validation of leads;
— Work with Upwork, LinkedIn and other platforms
— Communicate with potential clients until further transfer to Sales Manager;
— Meeting initiating and calls scheduling
— Initiate the first contact with potential clients, load them to CRM and other documents
— Manage data for new and prospective leads in the clients database;
— Participate in the creation of e-mail campaigns

Experience and skills needed
— At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, IT , B2B
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills
— Understanding of software development processes, IT outsourcing business
— Linkedin, Upwork, other platforms for generation leads
— Experience with Lead generation automation tools
— Ability to work from 09:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. (lunch break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.)
