Technical Support Specialist (QA)

Webxloo is an international company with R&D offices in Ukraine, specializing in the development of IT products for the automotive selling industry. 

Currently, we are looking for Technical Support Specialists to work with our Auction Management System - fully integrated cloud-based suite of modules engineered to overcome auto auction challenges in supporting their dealer clients.

We expect our perfect candidates to have fluent English (both spoken and written), good communication and follow-up skills to be successful in supporting our customers.




  • Analysis and clarification of requirements
  • Writing and maintaining test documentation (bug reports, test cases, checklists).

  • Installation and configuration of software, training clients to work with it.

  • Receiving and managing requests from customers (calls / emails / chat).

  • Researching and resolving complaints to ensure customers' retention and satisfaction

  • Providing troubleshooting assistance for customers' orders, account statuses and relevant problems

  • Have thorough understanding of the company, activities, services and be able to answer the questions raised by a customer

  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional and timely manner

  • Keep a consistently positive, professional and cooperative tone with customers.


Experience and skills needed


  • 1 year of commercial experience in Quality Assurance with experience in a variety of product testing.

  • Experience in software testing or understanding basic concepts of software testing

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS

  • Advanced PC user, experience in creating / editing websites

  • Must be fluent in comprehension, reading and writing English. Other languages are the benefit

  • Proven telephone customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Ability to work from 09:00 am to 18:00 am 

  • Excellent follow-up skills

  • Professional phone etiquette, good phone and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

  • Result-oriented mindset.
