BAT UKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR THE RISK & RESILIENCE Manager

SENIORITY LEVEL: Mid-Senior Level

FUNCTION: Legal & External Affairs 

LOCATION: Kyiv

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

• Facilitate Business Continuity Management and Business Impact Analysis, support Crisis Management Team Facilitator;
• Assess and close out risks according to BRR and Security Risk Management methodology;
• Facilitate Business Integrity Panel, run inner and SoBC probes;
• Administer contracts to secure Company premises, travelers, accommodations, events, participate in tender selection process;
• Facilitate Company Security-related normative documents;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager that are not in contradiction to the nature of the job.

 REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in:

• Writing reports, overviews, summaries, meeting minutes 
• Usage of Company networks, digital solutions (COUPA, Vchasno, Outlook, etc.)

Proven contract administration incl.: 

• Set criteria and scope for tender selection process, search for potential vendors, and negotiate with them;
• Form KPIs for vendors and joint controls to assess the quality and timings of contract provisions fulfillment;
• English proficiency: fluent oral, excellent writing mandatory;
• Be familiar with basic CCTV functioning aspects;
• Ability to present working themes (be talkative but smart when so doing, be PowerPoint-friendly);
• “Street-smart” mindset, ability to work under stress and travel on-duty at a short notice;
• High level of accuracy, attention to details, negotiations skills, being prone to listen to others and sort out someone else’s problems;
• Driving license (category B) is a mandatory.
