BAT UKRAINA IS LOOKING FOR A CRM EXECUTIVE

FUNCTION: Marketing

LOCATION: Kyiv

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are looking for drive and passion to deliver exceptional retention programs for our brands to our consumers. Responsible for on-going maintenance as well as development of our CRM and loyalty platforms, coordinating various suppliers. Role to be split into retention activities on own platforms, deployment new activities and analysis of data with business relevant recommendations. 

Reports to: Customer Relationship Management Manager

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Commercial & Communication

  • Management of creative development of digital communications materials related to retention (e.g.: newsletters, website materials, content series), overviewing the agency
  • Input and support with overall brand strategy (e.g. mechanics, content, communication)
  • Performance media and database activities (e.g. newsletters, SMS, push notifications) via specialized agencies or automated tools
  • Loyalty platforms managements
  • Logistics related process management (e.g. prizes, redemptions) via operational partners

Development

  • Business requirement consolidation for future developments
  • Platform functionalities development - both in terms of base functionalities as well as projects/activation driven developments
  • Maintenance and optimization of the platforms, overviewing the development agency

Reporting & Insights

  • Sales and performance reporting in PBI
  • Consumers feedbacks gathering
  • Reports and dashboard creation for internal audience
  • Input into strategic decisions via analysis as well as exploration of opportunity spaces 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Track record proficiency in CRM and CMS platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Drupal, MS Dynamics, icust, e-spuntink)
  • Familiarity with data analysis as well as data management/governance principles
  • Ability to synthesize analyses with clear recommendations in terms of added value to the business
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Flexible and collaborative, team first, proactive attitude
  • Understanding of the technology linked to the digital platforms (e.g. SEO, performance media)
  • Creative thinking alongside ability to challenge and do things differently
