FUNCTION: HUMAN RESOURCES

LOCATION: Prylucky

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES 

This role is part of Human Resources department. An Employee Admin Analyst performs all activities related to HR data and workforce administration services.

Reports to: Employee Administration Lead

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR 

• Performs all activities related to HR data and workforce administration services
• Supports with HR Admin processes (join, move, leave), coordinates the process of signing documents with employees
• Manages time-off tracking, administer vacations, sick-leaves, business trips, manage monthly timesheets
• Inputs personnel information into corporate systems, ensure accuracy
• Deals with ad-hoc requests in HR Admin area
• Customer Service - delivers service in role with the customer at the heart.
• Identifies continuous opportunities to deliver a high quality and professional output.

Your English is at Upper - Intermediate level?

 ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Preferably 1-year relevant personnel administration experience;
• Upper-intermediate English language, native Ukrainian language;
• Full end to end view of the HR policies and process landscape impacting HR Administration areas;
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communications across different audiences and channels;
• Experience with MS Office tools and data manipulation tools, Excel, 1C system;
• Planning and Organizing Skills;
• Attention to details;
• Problem solving attitude;
