FUNCTION: Marketing

LOCATION: Kyiv 

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• CRM system Administration – manage all data in the system (users profiles, transactional records)
• reports/dashboards preparation in Power BI
• DB management / data upload in the system
• Provide permanent support for End Users and colleagues from other departments 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• University / College Degree 
• Excel – advanced user 
• Experience with any CRM/ERP systems as a user
• Database management skills, SQL queriers
• Experience in Power BI analytics as a big plus
• VBA codding and macros creation experience as a big plus
• English – Pre-Intermediate+
• Fast learner Strong planning and organizational skills
• Analytical skills;
• Great attention to detail / Accurate and disciplined
• Make things happen: deals effectively with multiple tasks, complexity & fast pace.
• Team Player: creates an environment where trust, mutual respect and team spirit are prevalent.
• Strong Communication / Interpersonal skills
