FUNCTION: Marketing

LOCATION: Kyiv 

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Brand building initiatives, partnership and co-creation projects execution:

• Ensure proper utilization for online and offline communications channels available. Lead full cycle digital content production
• Coordinate suppliers, peers and contractors to deliver assets on time and in full
• Manage creative concepts, activation & amplification plans. Coordinate allocated budget within planned performance & timings

Social Influencer Management:

• Responsible for planning and execution of marketing campaigns using local social influencers. 
• Identification and recruitment of relevant influencers based on the targeted consumer profiles. 
• Responsible for getting influencers’ content approved that meet local guidelines and BAT’s Marketing Principles

Media Management:

• Responsible for planning and execution of marketing campaigns using local medias. 
• Identification and recruitment of relevant media based on the targeted consumer profiles. 
• Responsible for getting medias’ content approved that meet local guidelines and BAT’s marketing principles

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE? 

• Do you have experience in PR & event management?
• Do you rate your English as upper-intermediate?

 ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Relevant experience with (PR & event management) 3+ year
• Understanding of local Medias & Influencer landscape
• Upper-Intermediate English 
• Excellent Ukrainian/Russian Language verbal and writing skills. Excellent business engagement knowledge of key social platforms FB, Instagram 
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach – to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work global and central teams
• Presentation skills – to show results and work to senior leadership
• Hands on experience in digital marketing (e.g. Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, etc.) or another highly analytical discipline
• Bachelor’s degree
