BAT UKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE 

FUNCTION: Marketing

LOCATION: Kyiv

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

British American Tobacco looking for a Digital Marketing Executive in Ukraine who will cover planning and execution of digital marketing stream activities on display advertising, performance campaigns and SEO in line with the Brand marketing strategy and global guidelines. 

Reports to: Senior Digital Manager

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Display advertising campaign management

• Execute digital advertising campaigns in line with brand cycle grid 
• Manage 3rd party suppliers to ensure that execution is in line with Strategy, Brand and legal guidelines
• Proactively seeking for insights and opportunities to enhance digital approach in advertising channels
• Monitor advertising performance with external tools such as Gemius

 Performance marketing management

• Conduct A/B testing to identify high performing ads/landing pages and incorporate learnings into future campaigns
• Optimize campaigns within budget and maximize conversion rate
• Constantly analyse results and experiments with changes to find success and grow volume
• Stay abreast of digital advertising tools to implement new ways to scale the lead generation 

 Search marketing management

• Responsible for maintenance and execution of website search engine optimization
• Responsible for getting content approved with brand and legal guidelines 
• Manage publications of external and internal content in line with the SEO strategy
• Lead reporting capturing performance indicators tracking, insights and recommendations on improvement actions

 CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?  

• Do you have experience in coordinating allocated budget and / or suppliers?
• Do your rate your English level as intermediate?

 ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Relevant experience – 3+ years
• Deep understanding of online marketing (especially SEO, display advertising and 
• CPA networks)
• Well-developed understanding of generic marketing principles
• Advanced skills in budget planning
• High-level of analytical skills (possibility to work with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Gemius)
• Bachelor/Master’s degree (preferable in marketing or relevant)
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work global and central teams
• At least medium English language verbal and writing skills
