Receptionist

Main responsibilities:

- To receive and distribute phone calls.

- To welcome Company's visitors.

- To ensure smooth circulation of documents (incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, etc.).

- To coordinate working schedule of drivers and courier in accordance with the office needs.

- To interact with the Company's goods and services suppliers in accordance with the office needs.

Basic requirements:

- Relevant experience at least 1 year.

- English, Ukrainian proficiency.

- РС (Word, Excel).

- Pro-active, goal-oriented.

- Honest, responsible, highly self-organized, fast-learning.
