SENIORITY LEVEL: Mid - Career

FUNCTION: HUMAN RESOURCES

LOCATION: KYIV

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of Human Resources department. A payroll specialist collects, verifies and enters payroll information into the Company's payroll systems.

Reports to: Associate - Administration Assistant

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Collection, verification, and input of payroll information into Company payroll systems
• Calculation of salary, taxes and related contributions
• Calculation of vacations, sick-leaves, business trips, bonus, and other payments to employees
• Preparation and submission of month closing files and documentation
• Checking calculations and payments with Medical and Life Insurance providers
• Preparation and submission of statutory reporting, preparation of official answers to the requests from the Social funds, Tax Authority, Department of Statistics
• Communication with employees regarding any questions related to payroll, preparing salary references for employees
• Monthly reparation and submission of payslips to employees
• Being main point of contact for the Bank

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

• You have strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Your English is at Upper - Intermediate level

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Finance/Economics education
• Work experience with payroll 2+ years
• Strong proficiency in English (minimum upper-intermediate level)
• Developed communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Proficient Excel, 1C, SAP user.
• Quick learner, motivated for further development and growth
• Problem solving attitude.
