ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

British American Tobacco is looking for a SMM&PR Manager in Ukraine who will be part of our Marketing team.

You will be responsible for planning and executing a social media strategy for social profiles as well as online forums, Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups and Twitter discussions in line with the global marketing strategy

Reports to: Senior Digital Manager

Reporting Level: Manages Self & Others

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Social Influencer Management:

Responsible for planning and execution of marketing campaigns using local social influencers.

Identification and recruitment of relevant influencers based on the targeted consumer profiles.

Social Pages Management:

Responsible for the set-up, maintenance and optimisation of content, messaging, and various communications across social media channels.

Ensures that local pages are linked to a global page, ensuring content is created and published in

Social Community Management:

Actively engaging in the online community, building engagement content and conversations across social channels

Responds to consumer queries and comments professionally whilst ensuring a consistent tone of voice.

Social Advertising Management:

Execute paid social media campaigns for Facebook and Instagram.

Optimize campaigns within budget and maximize conversion with main goal being Lead Generation/SM accounts sign off

IS THIS THE ROLE FOR YOU?

Do you have experience in team management?

Have you worked on several projects at the same time?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Relevant experience – 3+ years
• Understanding of local & global Social Media technology and campaigns
• Excellent English /Ukrainian Lang) verbal and writing skills
• Excellent business engagement knowledge of key social platforms FB, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach – to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work global and central teams
• Presentation skills and excellent communication skills – to build, manage and engage online communities and possible clients, to solve problems and handle potential crises
• Graduate degree is preferable but not essential
• Knowledge of digital martech, e.g. sprinkler and experience in digital marketing (e.g. Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, etc.) or another highly analytical field.
