ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

British American Tobacco is looking for a PR Executive in Ukraine who will be part of our Digital team.

You will be responsible for responsible for coordinating branded online PR activities essential for awareness growth, consumer engagement & strengthening of brand equity.

Reports to: Senior Digital Manager

Reporting Level: Individual contributor

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

For the goals of awareness growth, consumer engagement & strengthening of brand equity, the set of online & offline activations relevant to brand target audience includes but not limited to the following scope of work:

Social Influencer Management:

• Responsible for planning and execution of marketing campaigns using local social influencers.
• Identification and recruitment of relevant influencers based on the targeted consumer profiles.

Media Management:

• Responsible for getting medias’ content approved that meet local guidelines and BAT’s marketing principles
• Ensures that the campaign activity through medias are tagged and tracked to lead to performance measurement.
• 
  
• Chanel performance on-going tracking & analysis on available opportunities for brand within set budget
• Close collaboration with the brand team to ensure communication strategy aligned with global brand strategy & states to the main brand goals.
• Supplier relationship management & cooperation to deliver business results
• Documents flow support on executed activities

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Relevant experience with (PR & event management) 3+ year
• Understanding of local Medias & Influencer
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Excellent Ukrainian/Russian Language verbal and writing skills
• Excellent business engagement knowledge of key social platforms FB, Instagram
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach – to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work global and central teams
• Presentation skills – to show results and work to senior leadership
• Higher education
• Hands on experience in digital marketing (e.g. Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, etc.) or another highly analytical discipline.
