Marketing Legal Counsel for cooperation (project support)

Marketing Legal Counsel will organize and provide legal support to the marketing stream of the company's business, particularly to the brand, trade marketing and distribution, strategic planning & insights, procurement, logistics, and external affairs divisions.

Mandatory requirements:

• Develop & review legal instruments for all marketing divisions
• Contractual support of marketing function
• Provide legal advice to marketing divisions on relevant business issues
• Contribute to the legal sustainability of the marketing model of the business
• Provide legal support in terms of claims management from law enforcement agencies and company's clients/partners
• Manage litigation for marketing legal cases

Knowledge, experiences and skills

• Qualifications: Specialist's/Master's degree in Law
• Experience in the following fields of law: Corporate, Civil, Customs, Contract Law; Civil/Commercial/Administration procedures, IPR.
• Advanced language skills (English and Ukrainian)
• Good negotiation skills
• Analytical skills for substantiated conclusions
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Work with legal databases (register of judgments, legal and regulatory acts) and relevant computer skills
