    Principal Accountabilities:

    Planning and executing a social media strategy for social profiles as well as online forums, Facebook groups in line with the Brand marketing strategy and global guidelines including the following:

    Own Social Community Management:

    • Responsible for planning and execution of Social media Strategy including set-up, maintenance and optimisation of content, messaging, and various communications across social media channels.
    • Manages 3rd party supplier to ensure Social Media Strategy execution in line with Strategic, Brand and legal guidelines.
    • Understands the targeted consumers segments.
    • Works closely with 3rd party supplier to create a regular monthly content schedule.
    • Responsible for getting contents approved that meet local guidelines.
    • Responsible for setting clear measures of success, on-going performance analytics and KPIs achievement.
    • Ensures clear process set up on managing consumer queries and comments professionally whilst ensuring a consistent tone of voice.
    • Proactively seeking for insights and opportunities to enhance Strategy, quality of contents, consumer engagement and service through Social media channel.
    • Uses social listening to actively monitor, analyse and develop actionable insights from conversation.
    • Generates regular reports capturing performance indicators tracking, insights and recommendations on improvement actions.
    • Executes paid social media campaigns for Facebook and Instagram.
    • Manages promotions to ensure that they are continually improving and growing.
    • Conduct A/B testing to identify high performing ads and incorporate learnings into future campaigns.
    • Understands the business to be able to build robust audience segments with strategies to convert.
    • Budgets investment against KPIs, monitors and reports spend utilization
    • Stays abreast of Facebook's and Instagram's ever-changing advertising product offering and implement new ways to scale the lead generation of these networks.

     

    Knowledge /Skills and experience

    • Master Degree
    • Understanding of local & global Social Media technology and campaigns
    • Excellent English /Ukrainian Lang. verbal and writing skills
    • Knowledge of social listening platforms, eg. Salesforce, sprinkler, etc.
    • Excellent business engagement knowledge of key social platforms FB, Instagram, Youtube, messengers, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Hands on experience in digital marketing (e.g. Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, etc.) or another highly analytical discipline.
