New Product Introduction Manager

NPI Delivery Manager in BAT works at the crossroads of Marketing and Operations, driving innovations by managing multiple projects at a time. If you are energetic, have a passion for winning, ability to influence, and a relentless drive for continuous improvement, then this role is for you.

What your responsibilities will be:

• Manage the delivery of New Product Introduction Projects: create project plan, set key milestones, manage risks and changes, track project progress from the idea to first production.
• Proactively translate project initiator needs into clear tasks to functional experts to ensure that requirements are understood and met timely according to the project plan.
• Coordinate pre-production and testing with Operation teams resolving any quality, and productivity issues related to the new product introduction.
• Timely reflect project progress in BAT systems and MS Office 365 according to the standards and guidelines identified for different project types.
• Act as a link in communication between Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and Factory teams based in different countries.
• Within annual and monthly planning cycles identify mid-term and long-term NPI-related risks and opportunities. Make sure that the Organization is prepared for the future resources requirements.
• Utilize the best practices to drive productivity and quality improvements throughout the new product introduction process.

• Attention to detail and a results-driven approach

Experience in project management or any part of the New Products Introduction process will be an advantage.
