Job purpose and key deliverables:
- Preparation of statutory reporting (monthly, quarterly), signing and submitting it to the funds.
- Preparation of salary accounts opening: checking documents, submitting payments via Client Bank, checking the status of salary accounts, etc.
- Payroll preparation for local and expat employees including preparation of orders and of all related reporting.
- Calculation of vacations, sick leaves, bonuses etc., processing payments in Client Bank.
- Checking payments to outsourcing company.
- Preparation of official correspondence from employees, state authorities etc.
- Preparation of references for employees.
- Maintenance of civil agreements and preparation of payments.
- Providing consultations to employees on different queries connected with payroll.
Essential requirements:
- University Degree
- 1-2 years experience in payroll/ HR services area
- High degree of accuracy in deliveries and reporting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good team and Interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Relationship building skills at all levels
- Capable of handling multi tasks at same time
- Self-driven energizer for the team to deliver service in time
- Advanced PC user (Excel in particular). Proficiency in 1C, SAP, Excel, Client Bank, Medoc
- English language fluency
