    Job purpose and key deliverables:

    • Manage agenda of the Line manager and project team - ensure that all necessary calendar entries are included and updated;
    • Travel support for Line manager and project team (coordinate obtaining of required visas, arrange accommodation; support abroad business trips, accommodation in Kiev)
    • Organise arrival of new expatriates to Ukraine and departure expatriates from Ukraine - visa support, work permits and other necessary documents for staying in Ukraine, search for temporary/permanent accommodation and housing, cooperate with agencies-provider luggage removing services, preparing all necessary documentation, bank accounts, etc;
    • Organise visits from other companies to the department -coordinate itineraries and agenda, assist visitors with travel arrangements, hotel accommodation and any other relevant requests;
    • Ensure work space for new people in the department;
    • Records management;
    • Organise conferences, trainings, entertainment for the department, choosing venues, arranging contracts, payments etc
    • Provide administrative support for normal functioning of the Department
    • Continuous support with TP and Skype meetings organization
    • FLA, Teambuilding, farewell organization


    Essential requirements:

    • Higher education;
    • Fluent command of English and Ukrainian;
    • Excellent PC skills;
    • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, ability to cope with different challenges;
    • Strong planning and organizational skills;
    • Ability to manage deadlines;
    • Hard-working and punctual;
    • Accurate and well organised
    • Great attention to details.
