Your responsibilities:


  • Cooperation with creative agency on developing materials for recruitment process
  • Support media plan in development & execution (recruiting field)
  • Develop training materials and functional, educational materials
  • Support business to consumer (B2C) activation deployment model
  • Contribute in direct to consumer (D2C) recruitment process
  • Work on company employee's engagement strategy
  • Lead development of global training application
  • Participate in testing and developing platform's functions (with IT)
  • Deploy the trustworthy performance management & control model
  • Providing functional performance tracking and analyze data
  • Prepare reports & presentations on the D2C model performance


You have:


  • Higher Education
  • Upper intermediate English
  • Experience in brand/trade marketing (at least 2 years)
  • Good communication skills
  • Great analytical skills
  • Ability to learn quickly


Perfect candidate:


  • Worked in B2C/direct selling
  • Experienced in agencies management
