We are looking for a skilled  Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the Marketing department in planning, organization, monitoring and support of marketing activities
• Close cooperation with brand managers on document flow coordination; preparation and verification of contracts and other documents  
• Manage service provider contract including validation of amount; control of payment; creation of annexes to the contract; alignment of details with provider; control of approval process
• Providing support in tender processes
• Supporting regular reports of the department, providing certain data to the financial department 
• Supporting of creation design layouts and artworks
• Documentary and systematic support of invoice on all services of agencies, communication with agencies about materials production (POSM, digital) 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor/Master's degree 
• Work experience in Marketing department 
  
• Attentive to details in documents
  
• Upper-Intermediate English language  (written&spoken)
• Strong level of MS Office knowledge (Power Point, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Strong organizational skills and follow up skills
