Due to process of de-merger to independent business units we announced the Senior Legal Counsel position.

Singly perform a variety of complex legal activities in accordance with the established standards of the legal profession to protect the organization's (including cooperation with Region, Head Quarter) reputation and business interests, minimize legal risks, help to ensure that company complies with all relevant laws and regulations by means of: Singly perform a variety of complex legal activities in accordance with the established standards of the legal profession to protect the organization's (including cooperation with Region, Head Quarter) reputation and business interests, minimize legal risks, help to ensure that company complies with all relevant laws and regulations by means of:

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal expertise to internal customers in the Company
• Minimize the legal risks arising from the Company's current activities in order to increase the Company's profit and cost of the Company's business in the market in the area of responsibility
• Representation and protection of interests of the Company in relation to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, individuals, governments and local authorities
• Analyzing and providing legal opportunities to internal and external clients of the Company
• Effective legal expertise in spheres of Competition law, civil, IP, advertising law, labour law, personal data, confidential information, corporate law (incl. leading the legal procedures and documents for Board of directors)
• Creation and implementation of policies and procedures if necessary
• Implement Legal Compliance and expertise as an Accountable from Legal for Company
• Participation in external working groups in the area of responsibility

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior legal counsel in business environment, 5 PQE (experience in international Pharma companies is an advantage)
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of competition, civil, IP, advertising, corporate law and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies to protect business
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Outstanding communication skills
• BSc degree in Law would be preferable
• English - Upper Intermediate
