Member Support Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

AutoBidMaster would not be where we are today without the talent of our teams and we are looking for the next superstar to join the ABM family. We are looking for upbeat, positive people who are money-motivated and want a fun, competitive work environment.

You will work as part of our sales team, contacting current users of the AutoBidMaster website. You will be working closely with online customers, auction support teams, warehouses, and logistics. Your expertise will be in managing customer's inquiries, support, and sales.

The customer relationship manager is often the first impression of AutoBidMaster for our prospective customers, so confident, professional communication skills are a must! 

Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal English skills (be fluent in English and be able to understand other non-native English speakers);
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
• Quick, efficient computer skills and strong multi-tasking abilities;
• Previous experience in Customer Support or Service;
• Quick, eager learner;
• Be a team player, positive, efficient, responsible, accountable, detail oriented, reliable.
• Be able to work in evening shifts/night shifts (16:00-01:00).

What You Will Love Doing: 

• Assist on-line customers with questions, issues, website navigation, order tracking, and complaints, via email, phone, chat etc. as needed.
• Manage customer support by obtaining, analyzing and verifying customer's needs.
• Act as the face of AutoBidMaster to influence customers to order from us again.
