Account Manager

Creative States (CS) is the most dynamic chain of a top of mind flexible workspaces with a full range of operational services and hottest community events on top.

The Account Manager will work with new and existing members to ensure they are extremely happy and successful at the Creative States.

You will communicate with your accounts to proactively drive engagement with our community and services.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing business relationships and driving revenue in alignment with the company growth strategy. We need someone that can effectively engage with our clients and build meaningful relationships. If that sounds like you, this role could be perfect for you.

You will be responsible for

• Drive post-sales activity for members by strong relationship-building, product knowledge, and game-plan to upsell for member expansion.

• Responsible for the management and development of key accounts and build revenue-generating relationships with all key contacts within those accounts.

• Rapidly respond to all client inquiries and other communications.

• Prepare contracts after deals were closed.

• Together with the Finance Department, you will control all payments.

• Make reports and keep all information up to date.

• Sell all the services of Creative States.

• Reach and exceed budgeted goals per month and year.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the position of account manager.

• Sales related experience.

• 1С ERP, accounts receivable experience.

• Ability to effectively build relationships with clients.

• Ability to build client deck, maximize account revenue, and work effectively with clients.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

• Ability to solve problems with innovative thinking.

• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions.

• Fluency in English is a must.
