Customer Support & Sales Administrator (Remotely position)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator & Customer Support Representative who can work in a fast-paced sales environment answering all incoming calls and handling customer support functions within the sales process such as informing customers' of out of stock items, providing Estimated Ship Dates, tracking the order process. 

 

Must maintain a positive attitude in a fast pace environment.

Must be proficient in spoken English

Have Experience Administrative Support: 3 years

 

Requirements:

  • Must have Excellent and Professional Verbal/Written Communication Skills
  • The prior Data Entry experience
  • Administrative Assistant Background
  • Sales Support Experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Experience analyzing Data and Reports.
  • Receptionist Experience
  • The prior Data Entry experience
  • Know how to work with high-level Account Managers
  • 45 WPM + Keyboard Typing Speed
  • General Computer-PC knowledge on Windows Platform
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
  • Must have prior experience in Customer Service
  • Thoroughly organized and hardworking
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field
  • Must possess a high level of intuition and the ability to problem-solve.
  • Attention to details
  • Available to begin ASAP
  • Associates Degree or Higher
  • Experience in using the CRM "Salesforce" is a plus

 

Working details:

 

Monday - Friday 15:30 to 00:00 Ukrainian Time (remotely position).

Days off: weekends and national holidays

You will get training in Odessa - there is lots of detail in this work.

You will be interaction mostly on email not many calls.
