    We are currently looking for an Office Manager:

    Your Tasks:

    • Managing reception, handle and redirect incoming and outgoing phone calls.
    • Meet office visitors, be ready to provide assistance.
    • Copy and scan documents, print training materials, manuals and other hand-outs.
    • Provide translation services from /into English /Ukrainian/ as needed.
    • Handle business correspondence, including the formal incoming and outgoing letters.
    • Book trips, hotels, order tickets, work with travel agencies and all visa support issues.
    • Supporting some HR projects
    • Participate in organization of the different company events

    Your Talents:

    • Upper-intermediate English is a must.
    • Related experience - min. 1-2 years.
    • Positive and energetic, helpful personality, bright communication skills.
    • Working practical knowledge of MS Office applications
    • Foreign company experience will be treated as candidates' strong point.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
