Infrastructure Technology Analyst (Site support/Server/Telecom Administrator)

Job Purpose:

• Maintain and support branch CTI Telecom, Desktop and Servers area in full compliance with corporate standards. Ensure that branch communication systems are working properly and are adequate to the business needs;

Key Responsibilities:

• To maintain and support smooth running of all the Bank’s telecommunications, server and desktop equipment and systems; 16 HP Servers, 250 Desktops and 65 Cisco network devices. Servers and network equipment is supported only physically (Rack&stack, patching, broken parts replace), desktops and user applications (OS Win10, Office 2016/365, standard system applications) are fully supported. Limited support is require for banking and business apps;
• Execute business technology requests fulfilment (mostly equipment and software installation, relocation and removal) and incidents (trouble tickets) resolution for incidents that cannot be resolved by 1st line, also consulting support for about 200 users regarding CTI products and services;
• Execute Technology projects in a controlled and cost-effective manner in full compliance with Citi standards;
• Work closely with regional teams in order to resolve issues. Engage, follow up regional teams and escalate country issues if needed. Participate in conference calls in English;
• Technology team Continuity of Business administration (planning, reporting, maintenance, testing, coordination). Support end users during CoB testing;
• To monitor, track and implement all necessary patches and updates on core applications according to Corporate requirements;
• To report all errors/failures to Technology and Business management and contribute to solving the issues;
• To perform other Technology related duties by special assignments like executing controls on Inventory of equipment, media, equipment purchase and vendor management.

Knowledge/Experience: 

• At least 3 years of experience in IT area;
• Good understanding of network operations, hardware layer for servers and desktop products and technologies. Windows operating systems & MS office technologies are required;
• Banking systems, including NBU clearing\payment and reporting) knowledges are plus.

• Fluent Ukrainian, Russian, English (all written and verbal).
