Investment manager

Our company INTECH is a portfolio company of UMG Investments with a focus on industrial goods and services. We are currently developing in several sectors such as railway and port logistics, industrial explosions, niche products for metallurgical production, as well as a commercial expertise centre for the UMG Investments portfolio.

 You will perform the following interesting tasks:

• provide full management of the company's investment projects (from the generation of the investment idea to realization of investments and its transition to the portfolio company management);
• identify and develop new investment opportunities - evaluate, structure, negotiate and prepare investment documents;
• provide strategic development of the project, management of strategy implementation, budgeting, cost optimization and control of project costs;
• negotiate with business partners and government authorities;
• select teams for effective implementation of tasks within the framework of the project;
• manage risks associated with the implementation of the project.

You definitely should apply if you:

• are a professional with a successful practical experience in the investment project management;
• an active and independent professional with strong leadership qualities, able to work effectively in stressful situations and rapidly changing business conditions;
• have relevant experience in private equity funds, venture capital funds, family offices and institutional investors, or in corporate finance/investment departments at large financial and industrial groups;
• have knowledge of corporate law, M&A, as well as due diligence;
• have a degree in Finance and/or Economics (CFA charter or MBA degree is an advantage);
• are committed to high standards of business project management (depth of project development, detailed study of risks and alternatives, competent presentation of the project's conclusions);
• are ready to take responsibility for the implementation of the project;
• have Fluent Business English;
• have experience with CapitalIQ, MergerMarket, Bloomberg.
