Sales Development Manager

Our company INTECH is a portfolio company of UMG Investments with a focus on industrial goods and services. We are currently developing in several sectors such as railway logistics, industrial explosions, niche products for metallurgical production, as well as a commercial expertise centre for the UMG Investments portfolio.

You will perform the following interesting tasks:

• coordinate related departments by product or project;
• conduct a comprehensive assessment of the commercial potential of new products;
• generate marketing analysis of target markets;
• coordinate work with contractors in the framework of the studied projects and in the procurement of information bases;
• form marketing analysis and research of target markets (key - volumes and current market prices);
• form a base of potential buyers;
• hold meetings with the largest potential customers in order to understand the their intentions, current and passing prices, the likelihood of a subsequent sale;
• draw up minutes of meetings;
• participate in the formation of the sales methodology: an annual assessment of implementation and updating the Sales Policy;
• develop and implement regulatory documents;
• to provide all the necessary actions for the organization and conduct of trading operations.

• have successful experience in the role of Key Account Manager at manufacturing enterprises, project manager, business development manager;
• have strategic thinking and strong analytical skills;
• are organized and good in planning;
• are sociable and have presentation skills;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must.
