Business Analyst / Product Owner

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our team.

About the project:

We're developing a solution that brings interaction between US Payer and Pharma to another level. The team is working on the three applications designed for rebate negotiation, contract management and user management. 

We're using Scrum processes and most up-to-date tools and techniques.

This project implies very close interaction with Product Managers from the client's side and offers a lot of challenges. 

Responsibilities: 

• Executing the role of a Product Owner on the dev team's side;

• Defining business objectives;

• Requirements and backlog management;

• Release planning;

• Conducting Scrum ceremonies.

Required skills:

• Good understanding of software development methodologies;

• Ability to analyze the problem and offer a solution;

• Experience and working knowledge of business analysis tools and approaches;

• Systems thinking and analytical mindset;

• Communication and negotiation skills;

• Time and workload management;

• Balanced skill profile including attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to work without supervision;

• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English.

As a plus:

• Software engineering or QA background;

• Conflict management skills;

• Leadership and team-building skills;

• Prior experience of Business Analyst or Product Manager.
