BILINGUAL BUSINESS EXECUTIVE

The role is based in Kiev. The Business Executive will work closely with French and British clients under the supervision of one of the Partners who is based in Ashford, Kent. 

Objective of the position:

The Business Executive administers the day to day complete financial and administrative management of a portfolio of companies registered in different jurisdictions and managed on a fiduciary basis. This position is about 60% administrative task and clients communication and 40% financial reporting.

In addition, you will provide executive assistance to the Partner of the firm in England.

 

Administrative & commercial matter includes:

 -Emails management,

-Updating and implementing all necessary business policies, reviewing internal processes.

-Updating ACT! CRM systems and internal databases.

-Communicating with clients on a daily basis.

-Dealing with suppliers and foreign tax authorities

-Bank account management: Opening, maintaining and operating bank accounts on behalf of a portfolio of companies under management so as to ensure safe management of the organisation's resources.

-Ensure the preparation and maintenance of all financial records.

-Identifying and resolving administrative and accounting issues.

-Working with the Partner in Ashford to review, prepare and file all financial records as necessary.

-Participating in the bookkeeping and financial projections for the Group and/or their clients.

 

Financial matter includes:

-Using cloud accounting (Clearbooks, VT) or Excel as necessary.

-Being responsible for the managing of the accounts receivables and payables of a portfolio of diverse companies.

-Being responsible for the overall good maintenance of accounting books and systems by:

  • updating and implementing all necessary accounting practices: Bookkeeping, Credit Control;

  • ad-hoc finance duties as required.

-Handling internal and external enquiries about invoices and payments, and reviewing potential COMPLIANCE issues associated with those transactions.

-Ensuring compliance with organisational policy as well as with external financial organisations (banks, e-money accounts).

-Fiduciary operations management.

-Reviewing and instructing financial transfers.

-Preparing bank reconciliation statements to keep track of operations, balances and reporting to Clients.

-Presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.

-Handling the production of the Annual Financial Statements and tax returns,

liaising with internal and external auditors/subcontractors, assessing any changes necessary, (invoices, bank statements, bank records).

-Managing organisational cash flow and forecasting under the strict instruction of the Partner.

-Effectively communicating and presenting the financial matters to the Partners.

-Managing expenditures.

-Identifying and resolving compliance and financial issues.

-IMMEDIATE START-

Salary negotiable between €900 and €1'200/m depending on experience.

Full-time: from 11:00 to 20:00 local time.

Location: Kiev, Solomensky district (office will relocate in Centre in a few months).

 

Perfect command of English and French required.
