Role Title: Junior Lawyer

Department: Legal & Administration

Location: Kiev, Ukraine

Main responsibilities:

• Assistance in communicating with global vendors (search for initial information, initial contacts, collection of documents etc.)
• Contracts (including international) drafting and approval
• Drafting corporate documents
• Work with international law and foreign companies
• Vendor management (including tracking vendors in the vendor list, drafting, amending, signing, storing contracts; checking the services, including administering the DocuSign platform (adding new users, help with downloading documents, if necessary).
• Fulfilling the ad-hoc everyday tasks (documents, tablets, draft instructions)
• Preparation the official letters and managing official replies.
• Managing schedule, join executive meetings.
• Handling a range of tasks and working with sensitive and confidential information.
• Handling internal reporting.
• Handling other administrative issues.
• Providing assistance and support for Director, etc.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Experience in a similar position at least 1 year (desirable with foreign company) as legal assistant or experience of working as a junior associate (associate) within the international law company.
• Diploma from the prominent university in Ukraine (law).
• Strong computer skills in Word, Power Point and Excel.
• Fluent oral and written English (including legal English).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in international law company or pharmaceutical company is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to details.
• Strong ability to quickly switch between tasks.
• Ability to take responsibility and to act proactively when dealing with all assignments.
