Role Title: Junior Key Account Manager

Department: Business Development

Location: Kiev, Ukraine

Main responsibilities:

  • Management of client database including updating and correction.
  • Preparation of mass mailings including contact list export and preparation and execution of mailings;
  • Proactive identification of key client requirements including early identification of technical/product problems and execution issues. Effectively work with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver rapid solutions;
  • Tracking and management of requests for proposals to ensure timely responses to potential clients;
  • Compilation of questionnaires, issuing questionnaires and collection and reporting on results;
  • Preparation of client-related documentation for Legal Department;
  • Management of all client-related documentation including hard copy management;
  • Monitoring of client invoicing system and reporting;
  • Assisting with all administrative work and hospitality in relation to clients;
  • Carrying out cold calling to attract potential clients;
  • All other tasks assigned by BD management.

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Higher education;
  • Computer skills and data entry experience;
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, etc.) Word, PowerPoint;
  • English — upper intermediate (written and oral);
  • Excellent time-management skills;
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
  • Good presentation skills (written and oral).
