Team / Tech Lead Back-End Java Developer

We are looking for a Team / Tech Lead Back-End Java Developer in a software development team.

Necessary skills:

• At least 3-5 years of experience with Java and Spring framework
• Software design skills
• High attention towards system availability and application stability
• Write code on daily basis

· Team management experience

· Ability to analyze and choose a solution architecture

Your duties will be:

• Actively participate in application front-end
• Perform and lead peer code review of project codebase changes
• Write good and well-tested code in Java
• Evaluate and adopt new development tools, libraries and approaches to improve delivery quality
