The Open Data Science Conference (ODSC) is an international conference series that brings together the best minds in data science and artificial intelligence. Every year the ODSC team runs multiple conferences including ODSC Europe in London, ODSC Ukraine, ODSC India, and ODSC West in San Francisco having a global presence with over 17,000 attendees worldwide and an online community of over 300,000.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Promote ODSC online across all our digital assets including www.odsc.com ,

www.opendatascience.com , and others.

• Manage existing marketing channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.

• Publish content across social channels.

• Monitor comments and engage with community members

• Analyze campaign data to better understand customer behavior and optimize advertising budgets

• Build and execute plans (on an ongoing basis) to generate targeted customer insights, and analyze insights to develop marketing personas

• Drive the use of the latest technology to effectively deliver company messaging to target audiences.

Required Skills:

• Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices

• Must have experience creating and tracking campaigns in LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well independently and within a team is required

• Ability to estimate the time of work and keep within the deadline

• Experience using hubspot and mailchimp is a plus

• SEO experience is a plus

• Google Adwords, and Bing expertise is preferable

• Experience within a Tech industry strongly preferred

• Experience with Wordpress, HTML, and CSS is a plus;

• Familiarity with web design.
