One of our key business lines is development of high profile strategic conferences and training courses with focus on the following industries: Oil and Gas, Finance, Process Engineering, Investment Management, Infrastructure.

BII partners with the leading think-tanks, academic institutions, and research centers including World Pensions Council and Entrepreneur Hub. Our clients are major multinationals and governmental agencies from all over the world such as Shell, HSBC, Emirates Airlines, Ministries of Finance, among others.

BII is looking for dynamic, ambitious, hard-working individuals to be a part of our leading conferences/ trainings sales team in Kiev.

As a Sales Associate at BII you will be reaching out to prospective clients, namely CEOs and Senior VPs in major organizations to discuss the latest trends, business strategies and new corporate best practices.

You will be working primarily over the phone: cold-calling, prospecting targeted decision makers/ influencers from the relevant industries/regions and promote our industry leading portfolio of conferences and business trainings.

We look for the following skills and qualities:

· Fluent Russian and English

· Comfortable representing/ promoting BII's association with leading brands over the telephone, selling to existing & new customers

· Goal-oriented and highly determined to succeed

· Hard working and excited to learn new things

· Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet targets & deadlines

· MBA or other business degree is a preference

· Previous experience of living/ working in an English-speaking countries is a significant advantage

· Sales or telesales experience will be very helpful

This role is very research driven and therefore will not suit to people who are looking for 9 to 5 stress-free position.

We offer very attractive compensation & benefits package:

· Basic salary [in a range between USD 500-600 per month]

· Lucrative commission scheme which can amount to several thousand USD per month.

· Opportunities to travel to the BII's trainings & high profile conferences which take place in exciting cities such as London, New York, Abu Dhabi, Sydney among others.

· BII invests in learning and career development of its team and provides opportunities to move or reallocate on temporary basis to other offices -Dubai, London or Bangalore.

· BII employment comes with official contract and contribution to Pension Fund

· Regular working shift, for example 7 AM to 4 PM.
