Head of Customer Support

Now we're looking for highly motivated individual to join our team in Lviv office as Head of Customer Support

Requirements:

Hard Skills

• Proven managerial experience (preferably within customer support)
• Written and verbal communication English skills

Soft skills

• Strong cross team/group/organization collaboration skills
• Ability to foresee and analyze risks
• Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Leading 5 Customer Support Teams and ensuring the processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
• Maintaining positive relationships with clients
• Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
• Conducting Quality and KPI's calculations
• Providing Quality Feedbacks, 121s, team meetings
• Working closely with On-boarding, Sales and Workflow Managers
• Hiring and training new joiners to cover constantly growing volumes
• Maintaining a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level

Work schedule:

• 5-days working week (Monday - Friday, 10-19)
