Job Purpose As an Internal Business Analyst within the Business Process Architecture department you will be working closely with the process owners, stakeholders, and experts from multiple countries and business units to collect business requirements, automate business processes, select, design, and implement new systems, and provide business support to the users.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work with cross-functional global teams of process owners and stakeholders to document, analyze the existing business processes and capture business requirements
• Elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements
• Participate in the vendor selection process and evaluate vendor solutions against the requirements
• Work with process stakeholders to develop a target process model 
• Develop specifications for process automation
• Provide business support and perform business analysis for change management processes
• Develop internal user guides and procedures 
• Document user stories/use cases to support QA and manage UAT
• Conduct internal user trainings to support system implementation 

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 and more years of experience as a Business analyst or a similar role for a client or internal projects;
• Professional Certification on Business Analysis or records of the internal courses passed 
• Deep knowledge of at least one business function: Sales & Client Support, IT Software development, Finance, Procurement, etc.
• Intermediate+ English, both writing and oral skills
