IT Lawyer

HYS Enterprise would like to take on board a proactive and self-organized IT Lawyer who is ready to become a part of our family.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree at law;
• Experience in a similar role; 
• IT business process understanding;
• Time-management and self-organization skills;
• High-level stress resistance, resourcefulness, negotiation, and problem-solving temper;
• Team player;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities: 

• Creating and updating contracts, SLA's, Policies, etc.;
• Internal audit;
• Studying and applying for public tenders and grants;
• Consulting on legal matters / investigating legal avenues in Ukraine and abroad.
