Due to our company's fast growing, we're looking for a passionate and high-motivated recruiter to join our team



  • Deep unterstanding of full lifecycle recruiting in the IT industry;
  • At least 1 year experience in IT recruiting;
  • Good understanding of HR Processes in the company;
  • Must be tactful, mature, flexible, and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures;
  • Must be a team player who values accountability, honesty, and has a strong sense of urgency. Should be willing to participate in other HR projects;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.

  • Full life cycle recruitment of technical and managerial positions;
  • Actively source candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates), and generate pipelines for each position;
  • Implement and optimize recruitment process;
  • Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates;
  • Write complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring an understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements;
  • Implement and ensure that the applicant tracking system is consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance;
  • Participate in HR branding efforts to position HYS Enterpris as the employer of choice.
