IT Manager

International pharmaceutical company Dr. Reddy's Laboratories announces vacancy of IT Manager.

Responsibilities

• Improvement of business processes using lean tools like Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizens, Mistake Proofing, Problem Solving;
• Business requirements analysis and documentation for IT enablement leveraging SAP, SharePoint;
• Effective managing of IT projects within schedule and budget in coordination with implementation partners;
• Facilitating ideation, collaboration, and knowledge management to enhance business value;
• Ensuring adoption, change management, and benefit realization to add business value;
• Managing external resources for IT Infrastructure support;
• Local management and coordination with India teams of applications, IT Infra, Information Security, Digital and Analytics related global and local projects.

Requirements

• Education: basic higher education preferably in information science / automation and instrumentation / electronics and telecommunications;
• Experience: 5 years plus of experience in Information Technology including maintenance of computers and local networks;
• Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian and Russian - native speaker, English - upper-intermediate;
• Computer knowledge: advanced skills of computer usage and ability to work with MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
• Knowledge of IT Service Management;
• Knowledge of ERP system SAP is a plus.
