Green Group — is a global holding which operates a number of full-cycle businesses in production, retail and e-commerce in north and south America.

This new position for our overstock e-commerce project in the US market as we look to hire a Head of User Acquisition. This role is critical to the ongoing growth and success of the business, particularly within the online channels.

The responsibilities of the Chief marketing officer:

• Lead and manage data driven digital marketing strategies from concept to execution;
• Development of customer acquisition and retention strategy across all aspects of online marketing with a focus on Infuencer marketing (fashion).
• Establish reporting benchmarks and KPIs related to growth (volume, CAC, LTV) and own achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs;
• Development of systems and process to provide operational consistency
• Management of all digital campaign set-up across core digital performance channels
• Management of team to drive campaign performance and delivering accurate pacing and KPI goals.
• Delivering monthly channel forecasts • Identifying & delivering opportunities for revenue growth through all digital channels
• Operational team management including training and development of the team to deliver in-house digital strategy and campaign implementation
• Experience in managing third-party agencies to help deliver digital success

The key skills of the Head of User Acquisition:

• Advanced English skills, both spoken and written is a must;
• Proven experience of leading successful strategies ideally within fashion e-commerce businesses 3+ years
• A strategic thinker who can also understand and get into the day-to-day detail
• Creative, challenging, capable of thinking differently and developing new ways of working
• Results-driven, comfortable with large datasets, and able to identify actionable trends and insights
