Requirements:

  • English level - Advanced (not less than Upper Intermediate);

  • At least 2 years of experience working at similar position as a Team Lead in a financial field;

  • Analytical, leadership, project management and collaborative, problem-solving skills;

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment;

  • Track record of achieving and exceeding targets;

  • Cooperating with key partners in B2B and B2C segments;

  • Ability to work in a fast-moving global and multi-language environment;

  • Excellent team player, be able to interact effectively with various functions within the company;

  • Ability to take responsibility for achieving best results.

  • Ability to travel abroad to take part in professional conferences

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of an international team of Key Account Managers;

  • Take overall responsibility in delivering satisfactory customer experience for partners from all aspects of the Key Account Management function;

  • Ensure that all Leads are contacted and best efforts are made to convert these Leads into Active Clients;

  • Maintain good communication lines with teams to ensure streamlined information flow to/from Partners and Business Development teams;

  • Provide strategic recommendations to the team to constantly meet the needs of the Clients;

  • Achieve monthly and annual goals and follow KPI systems to monitor performance and deliver success;

  • Represent the company in key exhibitions and trade fairs.

  • Human resources – work planning, workload tracking, training and motivation;

  • Be critical in terms of Business Development costs and focus on optimization and efficiencies.

  • Analyse marketing and industry trends and track activities of competitors in order to provide valuable inputs for fine tuning operational & marketing strategies.

  • Correct distribution of incoming requests between key account managers (number of active partners by manager);

  • Monitoring the timely processing of incoming requests;

  • Control of maintaining client profiles in CRM: correct compliance status and comments of managers;

  • Providing a report on the result of the team.
