Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager

The ideal candidate will have professional experience in the technology industry. But If you have a background in recruitment and a track record of success, no matter what sector or industry you're coming from, we would like to talk to you. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for different specialties (screening, interviewing, and short-listing potential candidates) 

  • Active search of candidates using different sources and search techniques 

  • Proactively research and deliver analytics and insights into the recruitment process;

  • Providing prompt and effective communication to candidates and hiring managers during the process;

  • Manage the recruiting process from job posting to onboarding;

  • Participation in others HR-team activities

 

Personal Qualities:

  • Hard-working, focused and goal-oriented;

  • Proactive and a quick thinker;

  • Collaborative/team player;

  • Punctual with excellent time management skills.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent English;

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment;

  • Strong networking, negotiation and communication skills;

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Having a "get things done" attitude and being result-oriented and responsible

 

Will be an advantage:

  • Prior experience working with ATS;

  • Experience in hiring sales managers;

  • Knowledge of recruiting in international markets.
