We are looking for the young engineers to provide Tier 1 support to the Users of our application for drivers. It provides safer driving, lower operational costs and greater customer satisfaction for a clear competitive advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide solution support for the Сustomers;
- Handle cases.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Technical support;
- Experience in querying different types of databases (e.g. MySQL, MS SQL);
- Experience in script writing SQL, C# (advantage);
- Experience with Office tools and Visio;
- Experience in working with solutions that incorporate hardware, cloud computing, networks, and especially mobile technologies;
- Independent, Bright, and quick learner;
- Structured, methodical and analytical;
- Multi-tasker, Team player;
- Has excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing communication;
- Intermediate English level.
