Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to further develop and sustain our activity in Ukraine.

Your Responsibility:

• Providing support in the organization and manage Kick-off and Cycle meetings; Marketing RX events & projects
• Manage service provider contract including validation of amount; control of payment; creation of annexes to the contract; alignment of details with provider; control of approval process
• Communicating with commercial external partners
• Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services
• Controlling the management of the project budget and conducting periodic coordination of the budget with the Finance Department
• Database maintaining for marketing projects of the Rx Department
• Manage tenders' process
• Digital activities 1P1R
• Work in the SAP, SIM, SRM, POP, P3 systems

What you'll bring to the role:

• Previous professional experience in project/event management preferred.
• Ability to drive (digital) process optimization.
• Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced English (oral and written);
• Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel / CRM
