IT Service Desk Specialist

Your Responsibility:

• Support of end user devices (Laptops, iOS and Android devices, Printers);
• Communication with end-users via telephone, email, ticketing systems and messengers;
• Provide user training and create step-by-step instructions;
• Engage between end user & global service team;
• IT-Warehouse management and asset responsibility;
• Work closely with third party vendors to solve infrastructure issues;
• Understanding of SLA (Service level Agreement) concept.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Higher technical education;
• Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English both written and oral;
• Opened for freshly graduate with IT background;
• Must be proficient with Microsoft products such as MS Office 2013/2016, Windows 8/10;
• Basic Networking and PC troubleshooting skills;
• Attention to details and quality of service;
• Result driven, action-oriented and ready for challenging situations;
• Basic understanding of ITIL (optional).
