Accountant / Analyst

Sandoz Ukraine is looking for a Transparency Reporting lead.

Main responsibilities:

• ensure accurate reporting is generated and completed for disclosure according to local Drive accuracy and completeness through engagement with business and collection relevant transparency data (indirect, direct and cross border);
• lead internal report/data business validation process (including reconciliation to Finance and other source of data);
• ensure all transparency-relevant master data is maintained correctly (e.g. vendor classification and mapping, NCC codes / accounts mapping);
• ensure reporting on behalf of all legal entities;
• is accountable for the disclosure process and ensure that reports for management are accurate and available to required timelines;
• provide support for pre-disclosure process;
• support adaptation of global training materials for local use and train users, if needed;
• coordinate with Legal and Compliance to assess impact of any EFPIA and local Transparency code changes on user requirements and raise change requests;
• stakeholder Management and Communications;
• master Data Management (Vendors);
• NFCM control execution.

Requirements:

• higher education in Economics or Finance;
• advanced user of Microsoft Excel, SAP is a plus;
• excellent analytical skills;
• result driven, action-oriented and full of energy to face challenging situations;
• project management skills (preferably);
• time management skills;
• fluency in Russian, Ukrainian, English (oral and written);
• good interpersonal skills.
