We are a distributed team with headquarters in Philadelphia, USA, and a variety of locations in Europe. Most of us currently work from home, but you can always visit and work out of one of our office locations.

Currently, there are over 70 employees at S&F, most being engineers. We also have people who do business development, finance, and HR.

Who are we looking for?

A smart person who loves math, to work with numbers, gets excited about analytics and wants to become a part of a big team where your work will be visible and very valuable. So if you are ready to develop in management accounting, you are attracted to IT and you prefer to work at home in your pajamas, we will be glad to meet you.

Everyday routine

• Development of a management accounting system — Forecasting App, role — QA
• Forecasting App Support — keeping the application up to date
• Accounting issues :

1. Salary Issues: processing invoices and providing salary payments in UAH for the UA team.
2. Vacation hours calculation for S&F team.
3. Hardware, Software, Sponsorship program support.
4. Billing: review client’s overdue invoices up to date.

Goals

• Get familiar with S&F's tools for organizing everyday work, like Slack, GSuit, Google schedule, headset, router for 5G internet, update your laptop software to have excellent network speed, etc.
• Get familiar with the S&F onboarding process, google drive documents, all data related to your responsibilities.
• To fix the bugs in the Forecasting App, do not miss bugs and errors.
• Keeping the Forecasting App up to date.
• Be ready with all accounting issues in time
• Raise your current English level for one step up and even more.
